TILNEY

The homeowners of the Tilney residence desired a new flow between their kitchen and living area, while incorporating a stunning outdoor space that connected to the family room and pool. The existing layout presented obstacles, including a load-bearing beam in the kitchen and low ceiling. To achieve an open and airy feel, each space was reimagined, including kitchen, pantry, outdoor kitchen, and a reconfiguration of dining and living room. The Tilney residence now has thoughtful design throughout, where functionality and aesthetics harmonize to create an elevated living environment.
